Paddock Identification- Job level

anonymous 8 years ago updated by Rusty Knutson (Commercial Manager) 7 years ago 3

This one made it in the top 6 requests at Fieldays and RCNZ conference. Be great to have the ability to identify the paddock job was carried out on and for this information to be passed through to the invoice when billed.

We are re-arranging the order number field to record "Key Information" i.e the paddock id, keyword and/or order number and we are looking at moving this to differentiate the job or task in lists. eg John Smith - Spraying - P33, Headstart..#987654.

You can also use Job Comments to record the Paddock information, the advantage of the order number field is that this is limited in size and should be able to be added to help identify the job in the list as well as pass through to the invoice.

Invoicing Order - Services Change Order each time they are saved

anonymous 8 years ago updated 8 years ago 1

Roz @ Finch reported this issue.... Master order is Invoice - Xero Line Item Order to show:
1)Services
2) Tasks (where billable, drag and drop tasks so they are ordered correctly within this block)
3) Products
4) Materials

However within services if you have more than one line of services every time you save it the order changes - see example on https://prod.jobflow.nz/#/jobs/1806 ( logged in as S2usera, job #16-0003...so you may have the right order you change to invoice and save and it changes the order sent through to Xero.

Not a blocker because Xero allows the invoice lines to be reordered with a drag and drop there but be nice to fix this random order!

Use JobFlow to reduce stock - without showing on billing/Invoicing

anonymous 7 years ago 0

Katie asked how stock can be reduced when used - without being sold or appearing on an invoice to keep track of stock on hand. Who else would use/requires this functionality?
