What are Attributes? How are they used?

Attributes are like tags that link a task to a resource and resources to each other

eg. a carting task may require a truck, the truck requires a license ..(set up on "Resource" as per below)...

...and a worker has the license (linked as per below on "Resource")

You can even be as specific as this tractor(T25) is driven by this person(BradP).

Using attribute tags make allocating resources easier. Attributes makes this information visible eg who has what license or is able to operate what machinery, or what equipment couples together -so you arent relying on a person or two in your organisation to be able to allocate work to the right resources.
