Time clock / TimeSheets for Daily Tasks
Hi Wendy,
Would it be possible to set a daily default time clock for everyone so that the first task everyday is arrive at work. This can then replace a time sheet or at the moment just record the daily time sheet and run in the background behind the tasks for the day.

Hi -we need to cover off a few things under a standing/running or recurring timesheets to be able to collect a full record of time.
We can currently do this by creating a template for these common or standard daily tasks and assign all of our current workers to this - duplicating with assignments from day to day as a scheduled job will put this in their task list. Its a bit cumbersome but works!
Let me know if you would like to see an example of this and I will mock it up in a how to.
In the future I see perhaps templates like this would have a flag you could set to "repeat/recurr" for a selected period eg. Monday to Friday which would eliminate having to "duplicate with assignments" for each working day.

Everyday we get a little closer to starting this piece of work... but we're not there yet. We know it would add value so we won't forget!
