Invoice notes flow through to Xero

When entering an Invoice note on Jobflow, is it possible to have it placed at the top of the Xero invoice items, rather than the bottom? This way the job description will be explained before all of the items are listed on the invoice??

Time clock / TimeSheets for Daily Tasks

Hi Wendy,

Would it be possible to set a daily default time clock for everyone so that the first task everyday is arrive at work. This can then replace a time sheet or at the moment just record the daily time sheet and run in the background behind the tasks for the day.

Make the calendar printable (weekly or monthly)

Invoicing - add ability to be able to select and change multiple jobs to status 'Invoice'

Kath from Mehrtens (and Roz at Finch in March obo Darcy) asked if we can add the ability to select multiple jobs from the jobs with "review" status to bulk update to "invoice" status. We had looked at in-line editing of the status, a multi-select and update would be even better!


At the moment you have to open the job, change the status and save - repeating this for every job is onerous.

Add job no. to the mobile operator task view

Thank you Roz for contributing the following idea:


Add the job no. to the mobile operator 'my tasks' view. Also, add the job reference field to the 'my tasks' view. It currently only shows on the actual mobile task view (Click through from my tasks)

Customer Email Address -tick box if you dont want it sent to Xero

Roz hass requested to

-add a tick box in JobFlow on their email to send/not send email address to Xero

- and be able to report on this so you can produce a report of customers who dont want their invoices emailed (perhaps prefer them to be printed and sent).


Xero doesnt have this capability (apart from omitting the email address on the customer contact) and if you do a batch send of invoices or statements there is no flag to our knowledge that says this customer wasnt sent an invoice/statement as they have no email address

Travel time to Job - add as standard for every task

Sometimes Travel Time is billable and other times you just want to know how much time the travel is taking to get to a job. Is there a way this could be standard against each task as they all have to travel to job?

Reports - Create a Hazard Report for Toolbox meetings

Be great if we could see over the course of a week all of the hazards identified in a report to add this to our register and to be able to discuss these in a weekly meeting.
